About me

Dr. Lazaro Alonso¤

I'm a scientist and a Data Visualization enthusiast at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry in the Model Data Integration Group and coordinate efforts to generate appealing data visualizations. My main current research interests are the integration of earth observations data into traditional and Hybrid modelling approaches in a terrestrial ecosystem modelling framework. With an special interest analyzing results at different time scales as well as the model efficiency from the different approaches.

Other interests include generation of high resolution data cubes, complex networks, graph neural networks, time series analysis and of course visual analytics.
